Thank you, humbly. 9 years ago, I became severely ill with my stomach. A part of me knew that I was under spiritual attack. Time and time again I had to heal myself, leading me to placing my trust in individuals claiming to be spiritual healers, prophets, etc. All just seemingly attaching more negativity or dimming my light, even draining my energy for their own good, leaving me wounded and open to attract lower vibrational energies. Wow. I did two certificates in Reiki many years ago so am open to this energy cleansing. I had this video running in the background while I was searching the web so not even concentrating or being mindful of it BUT suddenly I noticed I was tingling around my heart chakra. Lots of emotional stress for me at the moment so the healing helped. Thank you.

I wish I had more to contribute. I’m a writer, and it hasn’t really been flowing out of me lately. I have Complex PTSD and a lot of old trauma, which I work on daily. But when my wife died on March 9th, I began experiencing more anxiety than I ever have. I came here after not sleeping for several days, and having panic attacks every single day. I have obviously revisited this video several times, but it helps immensely. Parts of me can actually be quite skeptical, even though I consider my true self to be quite open, so when I felt such relief, I actually tried to “test” it. Whatever that means! The title holds up! I feel much calmer and at ease in my body and mind, but when I start to feel a bit off, I come back here. I participate in therapy, see western doctors, and do group counseling. I’m going to keep trying anything that helps, but nothing has helped like you have. Thank you. 🙏❤️‍🩹
