@@katiie7 Not until I was a grown adult and told my fiance to turn it off or else we'd get pulled over did I learn that my mom was a liar! 😂 She also told me not to turn the light switches on and off more than twice really fast or else it would catch the electrical on fire.

As an old lady way out of the demographic for this channel but who loves it anyway, I can say that in older cars that were not so aerodynamic, turning the light on would sometimes cause a glare on the windshield and you literally could not see anything. When I was driving my friends around in the early 90's in my super-excellent car that looked like a boat, they would turn the light on without warning and I would nearly go blind from the glare. Newer cars don't have that problem.

Jess, Don’t know if you read these but I loved around minute 15 how you made boundaries surrounding substance use and your bipolar disorder. My brother has bipolar and people are constantly not respectful of it and try to encourage him to abuse substances. It might be fine for them but it’s not for him and he has a really hard time navigating saying no. It made me uncomfortable that bekah kept pushing about it because as your friend she should understand but perhaps she doesn’t get the condition that much. Thank you for showing how to respect your medical boundaries, I know it’ll help a lot of people to see

It was probably a complete fluke, but one time we were driving with the windows down, going about 55mph, and a bird flew in one side and out the other. It all happened so fast, but I definitely remember the flapping wings lol.

I’ve never really chocked on anything but I’ve had a crazy fear of being home alone and choking since I was little! If you called 911 could they even get their fast enough to save you?! As I’m typing this I realized I’ve never even tried to learn how to give myself the Heimlich maneuver 😂 probably the first step to overcoming this fear.

The anxious thing before going out at night is sooo common! Here in Australia girls who get this always talk about the “anxiety poos” before a night out 😂 where you can’t stop shitting because your belly is nervous for no real reason hahahaha

Ruth and Ember creepy stories unlocked a memory... my brother was about the same age as Ember.. 4-5 y.o. He was the only boy so he got his own room and would sleep by himself. He would come out crying from his room because “the eyes were looking at him” when he slept 😳

One time on the way to Disneyland debris that we are assuming was rock hit the Driver's side window. It was the loudest sound we were traumatized, and my uncle, who was driving at about 65 mph reacted by moving his head to the side. If the window was down I am pretty sure he would have been instantly killed and we would have crashed!

I paid for a girl’s trip to Savannah. I invited my oldest friend and my newest friend. I had a blast. After we got home I told my new friend we needed to go back. She said, “ I would if it was just you but I can’t handle another long weekend with Sandie ( my oldest friend). Come to find out Sandie didn’t like my new friend, either. I had no idea. I thought they had hit it off.
