Really enjoyed this content! Thanks for showing us how you preserve the style, and giving ideas on how to change it up during the week as it starts to frizz out. Btw, Lavender is *so* beautiful! Maybe for a future tutorial, you could do the "Victorian rag curls" that Viv Hair Therapy and a few other KZfaqrs have been trying -- it's pretty fun, and your hair type/curl pattern might be particularly amenable to that style (as long as you have some old t-shirts to cut up to make the strips/rags).

I used to wear my hair like this years ago but with large finger waves in the front with a side part. I can't remember why I stopped but now it's a thing. I'm totally doing this again

This was my version of the Wash and Go before KZfaq and the natural hair community taught me what a real wash and go was. I didn't know how to do anything else to get " poppin" curls. But of course, back then there wasn't much product for natural hair, so the gel i used ended up making my curls hard and crunchy and my hair stiff. But at that time, I was still relaxing my hair, which really only loosened my curls to like a 3B texture and smoothed down my edges, so I thought I was da bomb!

Loved the wet look on you! Can you do a wash n go show show how to combat frizz on 3C/4A hair? I always have frizz n that one spot. I’m low porosity in that spot too. Love your videos, can’t wait to learn from you. You give amazing information!!!

My hair gets frizzy all over I think it's because it's still on the short side. With low porosity less is more letting the products absorb and taking your time is key. Finding that out if your hair like thick products or light products.

The look is very cute. Honestly one of the few I've seen that pulled it off to really look wet. It's funny this look is coming back with a new name.. Too me, it's basically a wash and go slicked lol. .. since you are restarting your healthy hair journey, can you show us some styles to wear while going through the in between stage? This looks like 3b, 3c. 4ais coffee stirrer curls and 3c is straw sized, which is ur tighter curls.

blackhairtribe.com/4a-natural-hair-guide/ 4a is s-shaped curls. This is why I don't care for the curl typing system much because of the argument about type 4 hair. 4a is actually a lot looser than what people assume it to be.

@@YoursNaturally11 Thank you so much (all of you) for sharing about the hair types. My pattern is "squiggles" that zigzag and sometimes loop back in the middle of the strand! Crazy! :) The front and edges are straightish "crinkles". The "kitchen" is a mix of coils, naps, crinkles and maybe some curls! So hard to figure it out. Thanks for sharing, I really appreciate it.
