Thistleclaw never was truly evil, sure he did some questionable things, but he still wasn't pure evil as the main fandom tends to picture him. Thistle was a cat who never actually murdered someone, and didn't deserve to go to the df (before spottedleaf's heart came out). Thistleclaw was extremely battle hungry, and this later on caused his demise. Sure, thistle became even more cold and bitter after snowfurs death and bluefur taking away whitekit. I mean, he had practically lost everything before he got assigned to mentor tigerpaw (which I'll get to later); sweetpaw, whitekit and snowfur. Even goddamn tc thought he was evil, this was pushed even further due to bluefur being pissed about his existence as a whole. The events with tiny is his fault, but like, tigerpaw could've chosen not to do what his mentor told him,,,,, I can't really say anything about sl's heart bc I haven't personally read it.

I understand how Yellowfang broke the code but I thought Bluestar just couldn’t be deputy if she had her kits? Idk it’s been a while since I read Bluestar’s Prophecy

The ways they died were completely opposite. Yellowfang died because of a fire and Bluestar died because of water.

this reminds me of my oc, sparrowstar. as a kit, her mother was hard on her and eve clawed her a few times. her mother had always been upset at her for not being as skilled as her siblings, even using it against her (ex: "rootkit and farkit were already battling at your age!") as an apprentice, she helped everyone after witnessing her littermates ripped apart by wolves. she prays to starclan daily afterwards, and her best friend, aspenheart, dies. aspenheart was the best medicine cat the clans had seen, but quailstar cruelly took her life away after aspenheart was kitting a kittypet's kits. after this, sparrowpaw lost faith in her leader; leaving her only friend shatterpaw. she has always trusted him, and him her. she trusted her mentor, misty. misty was a queen at the time, but quailstar forced her to. misty was a motherly caring cat who always believed in and gae time to sparrowpaw. a few moons after she kitted, misty was hit by a car after a fight with her mate. sparrowpaw was in neighboring forest nearby where misty was hit. of course she blames herself, she really couldn't stop doing so. she became a warrior, and shattertail asked her to become his mate, she accepted. her life began to become more happy, until she was promoted to deputy after her own father's death. she had hatred for quailstar for aspenheart's death, so she refused to even speak with the she-cat. that debt would be soon paid, when quailstar sacrificed her own life during a wolf attack. pushing her deputy out of the way, she suffered a fatal wound to the stomach. her last words still echoed through sparrowheather's mind when she had become the leader; "have faith in your clan, never give in, for you carry firestar's wish, sparrowheather." of course, she questioned who firestar was, unsure what he even looked like, until he visited her in a dream. sparrowstar had been waiting so long to meet him, now that she had, she knew her purpose. she would lead prophecyclan to its greatest. sadly enough, sparrowstar had to witness her kits grow, and all die off. she had to witness her mate die, her brother who survived the wold invasion, and of course, her new best friend, nightfreckle. he drown to death, and while she tried to save him, there was a battle going on and she couldn't help him. she fell into a depression just like she had with her mentor, misty. she had begun to mingle with washclan, meeting the leader and developing feelings for him. she was on her last two lives, so she had begun to hang out with the kits. she soon watched her clan grow, until her final battle. cats leaped out at her apprentice, causing her to defend him. she pounced on top of him, hiding him under her hide. she was torn apart by brinkclan cats, before she said a final message to her apprentice, flamepaw. Crimson dripped from Sparrowstar's mouth, as Flamepaw nuzzled her softly. She felt tears drip onto her fur, beginning to wash the blood from it. Taking in a few wheezy breaths, she begins to mew. "Flamepaw...you will live on, you will grow, and you will carry on Firestar's legacy. I...I believe in you." It became difficult for her to breathe, so she let go. Her paws relax along with her limbs, and she closes her eyes before taking a last breath.

I do, too Although she did a lot of bad things, too Her treatment of Brightheart was terrible, and she didn’t really care when Swiftpaw or Brightpaw were upset about not being made warriors. Also, her even ignoring Whitestorm was.. odd? Her death was rushed, her change of heart just.. I don’t know. It was rushed, too. She didn’t get the closure she deserved. Although I’m glad she went out saving Fireheart.

If you feel bad for bluestar I can't imagine how horrible you feel for crookedstar.

I mean, he was older than Spottedleaf by quite a bit when he started showing his interest in her. But again, this series is a CAT based series. I mean, when you look at it, Dustpelt and Ferncloud were almost in basically in love while Dustpelt a Warrior, and Ferncloud an apprentice. Adding on to that, we can't really forget about Spiderleg and Daisy's relationship either. We can't call any of these cats pedophiles because they simply live in a different world then we do. I mean, some things we consider brutal and harsh are completley normal to cats and other animals. For example, killing. The cats in the series all kill prey items and sometimes even other cats. We don't pay much attention to that because, well, they're cats. But you would, a HUMAN, ever kill something like that? Thistleclaw definitely deserved to go to the Dark Forest, but not for being a pedo, cause he wasn't one. In our world, he was, but in the Warrior Series, he wasn't. His character was a lot better than people take credit for, but most people can't seem to look at him as an actual cat, and instead a pedophile. Sorry I got a little bit angry here. I just don't like the fact that people view Thistleclaw as a pedo for just being a normal cat. Sure, he liked someone that was younger than him, but that isn't a way to picture him in the Warriors World.

yeah, thistleclaw made bluefur feel like crap over snowfur’s death (which wasn’t even her fault), ruined tigerpaw and wasn’t that great of a father to his son. i hate him tbh, his only redeeming quality was how much he cared for snowfur

But at the very end when she was losing all hope she give up her own life to save Fireheart. Her apprentice, adopted son and deputy alike😳.
