Absolutely woeful the number of people that thing this is real. Name: John Doe. Address: 999 (emergency services telephone number) Letsby Avenue (sounds like 'let's be 'aving you'). It's a mock demonstration of youth court, for fuck's sake people

Honestly, i mean a car battery? If i were to steal something id steel a farari not a 25 quid car battery!I mean that's a waste of a court procedure!

It's the clerk who passes sentence not the magistrate the only one that can
@terethusak Жыл бұрын
the clerk advises the magistrates of the sentencing guidelines the magistrates pass the sentence.

8 Months Sentence in Magistrates Court
@colinhill7068 Жыл бұрын
A Youth Court can sentence a youth defendant up to 12 months custody in total (in 3 month increments). An adult appearing in a Magistrate Court can only get a custody sentence of up to 6 months.

I heard that in most Magistrates courts it is the court clerk who knows more about the law than the ones sitting behind the bench? £25 quid for a car battery? What was it for a Fischer Price? 4:15 I wouldn't mind strip searching her..
@hali85802 жыл бұрын
That's correct. Magistrates are not judges. Accept if you see a single magistrate known as a DJ District judge
@colinhill7068 Жыл бұрын
Youth Court Magistrates do have to have quite a lot of training, unlike magistrates who judge adults.

My solicitor is a crown barrister 🙏🏻 Helpful when you go up against these Magistrate 🤡 They don't have a bloody clue
@davidhaney1394 Жыл бұрын
You don`t go "up against" Magistrates , you go "before" Magistrates . Needing a barrister is nothing to be proud of . It just means you`re an idiot .

Dont know why only children get defense for their actions while disabled adults dont when disabled adult are more vulnerable than kids. just the society like bullying differences

Why ion earth to did they release charges?i'm doing c-ship in school and i can tell you right now that that crime is worthy of a final warning - referring to a young offender team to help him with his friends problem. Plus the friends should be in his place getting the fine. this was a really weird court thingy i mean this thievery shouldn't even reach a youth court especially if the car battery was returned.

Why did you admit that you were guilty
@taleajones29733 жыл бұрын
it's easier as a juvenile cause u admitted to your mistake, I didn't plead guilty but my friend did and I got more of a punishment than they did, but it wasn't for stealing a car battery 😂
