I had my 10 year old daughter just rest the bat on her shoulder. That eliminated her dropping her hands. She just turns the knob and swings. Worked like a charm.

i do that too but found myself getting lazy and getting out in front and dropping my hands 😫

This may be a dumb question but should a softball player use your baseball hitting program? Do you have a specific softball hitting program?

For swing training we use the same teaching methods. We’ve had hundreds of softball players and coaches use the course and all had positive reviews
