Anytime I make hot chocolate are use water. Milk mix it chunky and slimy. Water makes it nice and smooth

Yeah but milk is much richer and tastes better. The best thing is to dissolve the powder in a small amount of hot water and then once it's properly dissolved, add hot milk or table cream.
