Never had beef tongue before or maybe I have and just never knew it 😁 Gonna have to try Amelia’s when we come back there. Edgar’s family home is in Diamond. Good food with good friends = good times🤗😊 Great video, JR!

It was good man, check them out. They have a lunch special for 600 pesos and you get a ton of food

Beef tongue is so tender. Yes, makes a great taco. I never cooked it, I just ate it.

Very nice video, Kinda funny you didn't tell your buddy he was eating beef tongue 'till he was already digging into it :) I probably wouldn't eat it if I knew ahead of time what it was but then again let's face it, I eat hot dogs and sausages and who knows what other mystery meat they throw in there :) Thanks for the entertaining video JR and take care !
