I make my own string, it just took like a week and a ton of experimentation to get the best recipe for me, now my strings whips and lasts like nothing I've ever tried.

You're right. Kitty string does feel a little bit more rough right now, but it's not really something to complain much about. :)

I like the magic strings from Epic. they are bouncy as hell, while still soft And still slick. Nice stuff, I picked up the whip epic strings and will give you a report on that. I gotta try the lightning bolts next, I think I will like them allot.

I'm really pleased with yoyoexpert contest strings...super soft! And it was only $5 for 25 of them! I can't wait to get some zipline strings though! Very expensive though...25 of them are going to cost me about $25 shipped.

What about when you cant get an unresponsive to bind because of the quarter inch gap preventing anything from grabbing. I gotta use this thick ass yarn like string to get it to bind.

what do you guys think of cloud string? I've heard a lot of good stuff about them. Also, have you tried MonkeyfingeR Vines? they're currently my go-to string for everything, they're pretty awesome! and finally, have you ever heard of eagle string? I have a pile that I don't use much because I find they're a bit too thick. I could send you a few if you want to try them?

I think the new Kitty string is a little stiffer... I dunno, I like it. String that gets too soft just doesn't feel right to me for whatever reason.

thanks for the update. Used to be a Gstring fan back in the day and was dismayed when the were suddenly to me gone. I am also sad that my Alchemy strings and Angel hair strings are no where to be found also ( I am weird I know) glad to have this update on what is out there. Also neat fact that Kitty string is not what it used to be, I like it but I am surprised why every one is so wild about it, the Magic yoyo string is so much better. Lastly where can you get 100 packs of magic yoyo string? the string that came with my N12 kit was pretty baler, I would buy more of that again.

Been watching some of your videos. I'm thinking about getting back into yoyoing. It's been a while since I've thrown, but I can do basics like the sleeper, forward pass, around the world, etc. but not much else. I'm considering getting a DV888. My only concern is that it's smaller than most yoyos. Would that smaller size make it harder to start learning tricks like binds, trapeze, etc? Thanks!

Considering all of the string Seejay does have, I'm surprised he didn't have more kitty. It's generally considered a great bang for your back for 100 packs. I've been using kitty fat since I started throwing, but would be interested in trying some MYY string. Where can I get some?

Mehmet Can Gökçimen a lot if times the first time you unscrew a yoyo it is hard. you can't really break it taking it apart, just be careful putting back together not to strip it. If you can't get a good grip try with rubber gloves on

Best string is toxic string. Well, that's what it used to be called but the formula lives with Markmont. Actually, a better version exists by Markmont called Cumulus Foam. It's the only string I use.

Kerwin Lin I'm not the Dylan, but i can say that replay is really good if you're a beginner. Skyva is also great, (I heard) might be even best beginner yoyo. And you can do fingerspins on it
