I know what you mean. is that the barcode number you have there? In any case, there is clearly a difference, small or large, it is how you assess from person to person. This is my personal experience, with these batches. but a fragrance may well be different in performance, even if it is still the same ingredients they use. As I told in the video. They may just have watered it down a little bit, they can easily make it up, and still have the same ingredient code.

@@ludim289 5 minutes sounds like a very short time. Our skin types can also be very different. Try possibly to apply a body lotion to the places where you spray your perfume. Try it to start with.

That is a perfectly fine question. Well, if it's a perfume I don't know very well yet, I'll spend a few days or a week making sure that it's roughly the same performance you get every time. For example: feel how the sillage works, and for how many hours do it project, and so on. (The weather and climate can also play a role) But measuring it that way, so I can see how many hours the perfume projects and how long it takes to go deeper into the drydown. Until I could only smell the perfume as a "skin scent" And when it has reached its peak, that is what I call the full longevity at the end. Just like YSL Y edp, I've experimented a lot with before as well, and before I made this video, so I could pretty quickly estimate how the performance was, especially on the latest batch. Hope that answered your thoughts, otherwise just ask :)

Hi my brother, In 2024, I would choose YSL Y edp. I love both scents, but if I had to choose one it would be YSL edp. Both scents are used a lot, but still think that YSL Y will stand out a bit more than Sauvage :) 100%❤️🙏

I would say it varies a lot. Sometimes you get them for free with the purchase of many products. Otherwise, it can be anywhere from 2 to 10 dollars🙂

That's actually a really good question. It varies which one people like best. The Intense version has a bit more depth to it. But in my experience, it doesn't last longer than the regular edp. I personally like the original edp the best, as I think it is the best for almost all events, and gives an extremely good projection when we hit the summer heat like now. My experience when it comes to performance: YSL Y EDP: Sillage/ Great Projection/ 3-4 Hours Longevity/ 10-12 Hours YSL Y EDP INTENSE: Sillage/ Good Projection/ 2 Hours Longevity/ 9-10 Hours

Not a specific way as such. I know many people who collect perfumes. That way we talk to each other, and we each have a lot of different things. Otherwise, it is online groups, or you may be lucky that some discounters sometimes run older batches.

I'm glad you liked the video. I am sorry that this is how you felt about YSL Y edp. In any case, there is some difference, yes, and it's not a good one in any way, when it doesn't perform as it usually does. Especially not when there are clones that nowadays perform better (in several cases) My advice would be that you can try leaving it in the cupboard/on the shelf for a few weeks. If it's a brand new fragrance, it sometimes helps a bit. Of course, that doesn't justify them changing the products, but it can make the performance a little better sometimes.

I'm sorry to hear you had this experience. Unfortunately, it is now the case that fragrances change to prepare for new flankers. I've experienced it myself with a few, unfortunately. The worst thing is spending money on well-known fragrances, and then they don't perform what you feel for the price. My advice would be, save your money and try the perfumes in stores and see how they perform before you buy. I would never advise having 100-200 fragrances, it would never be necessary. Maybe for people who make videos, but otherwise not. Hoping for the best for you and wishing you nothing but the best on your journey🙏
