This is so great. I sat next to Alton Brown on a plane one time and he was actual a pretty cool guy. I figured he didn't want to talk but he actually did and was really cool. I was a restaurant manager at the time and he gave me a lot of tips for our kitchen that really helped us out in the long run. A+ guy, he is.
