I've had to watch this video four times to see it all the way through, as a combination of tears and not being able to breathe stops me each time. This is just insanely good. Guest appearances by Ainsley and Michael? Inspired. I still can't cope with the caramel on and off the heat - it's just too much to cope with after the insanity that precedes it. And caramelised monkeys? You are a warped genius, that I'd love to treat to tea and (banana) cakes at the Savoy. I don't often swear but this is just flippin' brilliant.
