he might be not as well known as jackie chan or jet li internationally but to me, he is at the same level as them, he is an important martial art actor and one of the most iconic in martial art history for me

@@kintamajp hahaha if we were including this one I would definitely choose it but since we are excluding it, my favourite movie of his after the 36th chamber is definitely « the 8 diagram pole fighter » I also really like him in « clan of the white lotus » i think he didn’t blow up internationally because he wasn’t as charismatic as jet li or Jackie chan ( even though for me he was charismatic) I guess some people didn’t think so

@@kokuten9458 "the 8 diagram pole fighter" was released in Japan under the title "少林寺秘棍房" and "clan of the white lotus" was released under the title "続・少林虎鶴拳 邪教逆襲". I will definitely watch it if I get a chance to see it. Thanks!
