As I have said before ,chicken is the best source of protein for myself. It’s cheap, tastes great and never get tired of having it 4-5 times a week, as long as it’s cooked the way I like it. Happy to say after many years of practice, I consider myself to be quite good working with it. I was in HK in the mid nineties, couldn’t help but notice the bbq stall windows hanging with cooked chicken, be it white cut, dark soy or concubine chicken, believe me, I tried them all! Loved the colour of the 3 yellow chicken. It’s not just the colour, the texture and the flavour, couldn’t be better. Especially compared with the white chicken in the west we’re stuck with, the difference is day and night. What I’m trying to say is Amy’s friend from HK were so impressed by the chicken in GZ, I find it difficult to imagine there are better tasting than HK.😮so be thankful and appreciate what’s around you and enjoy!
