Yu Gi Oh! Bonds Beyond Dimensions Z-arc vs Yugi, Jaden, Yusei, and Yuma

Hello! I would like to clarify that I am not a manga/ comic artist. I wanted to try and my own take on this fanfic comic duel.
This duel is like the parallel of the Z-arc duel in Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V.
If you didn't know.
I was about to quit being a drawing artist, but then I came across Yugi1Noob's Z-arc vs Yugi/Jaden/Yusei/Yuma duel video. It gave me the inspiration to try and up my skills as an artist.
So I started this project April 17, 2017 and ended March 28, 2021.
My only tools: Papers, pens, a ruler, color pencils, and pencil shader.
This fanfic duel uses some anime effects as scripted by Yugi1Noob.
Sidenote: the first Z-arc drawing is by someone else’s art work. Sorry forgot where I found the art from. I didn’t expect to continue after the first two scenes.

Here are some Q&A that may have you wondering?
Is this the end of my drawing days? I don't know.
Am I going to be doing some more? probably not??
How many hours did it take? (Besides some of my goofy drawing style that I created from scratch) 1 piece of small scene took an hour to draw with a mechanical pencil then to ink them took about 20-30 minutes.
Some of the large scenes took about 2 hours or more to draw then took about less than an hour to ink them.
How many pages did it take? 93 pages.
How many individual scenes? 496 (I tried to reach that 500 mark)
How long did it take to complete? 3 years 11 months 11 days (actually 3 years 5 months, took a 6 month break because of burnout at the time)

Made this on my own free time for fun because I liked drawing and a fan of the show & trading cards since 2002. Also because I didn’t know how to edit on a computer like I see others have done with other videos so I just decided to draw the duel instead.

I'm starting to see why the producers didn't include the og protagonist in Ark 5, our boys pulled up and did in one episode what the entire cast couldn't do in 5. This duel played out even better than I thought it would, and to top it all off, they used their teamwork not those 4 plot cards ark 5 had. Best duel ever!

This is so fuckin cool. The fan duel was already one of my favorite pieces of Yugimedia, and to have it brought to life like this is outstanding. To clarify: This fanfic duel was scripted by Yugi1Noob, and in this duel some cards uses their anime effect(s). This takes place in another universe (The Original Dimension) from the Arc-V anime. So because Zarc didn’t split due the four cards, the other 4 dimensions don’t exist. Some memes that you might’ve missed besides the Pot of Greed one. I didn’t know if anyone would catch them. I know it’s difficult to see on a small image. 9:07 I drew one of the soldiers into a “Dabbing” position on the “Zero Gravity” artwork 12:26 420 meme on Duel Runner clock (also because I didn’t know what time of day this duel takes place, and because the duel runner tells time, I just decided on an afternoon time and chose 4:20pm) 22:42 In “Xyz Revenge Shuffle” I drew Utopia doing the “👌 “ meme 23:58 a Jojo reference 24:39 is not a meme but wanted to let you know, its the Yugioh Sevens playing card artwork for “Dark Magic Attack”.

The classic Joke, 'What does pot of Greed do?' man I've heard this one so many times that it's not even funny. it says so right on the card it's self. it allows you to draw 2 cards from your deck. I even have a copy of it though I won't run it.

OOF! damn this was awesome and epic to watch! all this detailed drawing, the interaction between all characters, not only between the protagonists, but also Syrus' reaction on DMG, the flashbacks of Yuma and Atem, the dialogue of two supreme kings fighting, simply amazing and great job! So wonderful ideas of interaction! And last but not least the fitting music to each scene. Simply perfect. One can see your hard work put in! Thanks for these 26 minutes.

I remember seeing the original scripted duel, back before the music got copyrighted. I remember checking up on the progress of this comic, excited to see what the story going along with it would be. And even if I’m a year late, I’m so, very happy to see that it’s all been compiled into a video, with what I believe is the original music included, plus a few extra that fit perfectly. This is absolutely incredible. I cant think of anything else to say.

Bro THIS IS AWESOME, Ive always thought what if the creators let vrains play on before Arc V and made Arc V like a 20 year anniversary special where the creators find a way to connect all the characters together instead of the Yu boys we get the protagonists and the dimensions split apart due to something ive yet to come up with...you know what I might make like an abridged series of arc v mixing clips together and stuff...

I won't lie to you, I went into this going "This is going to be stupid, do I really want to watch this?" and the longer I went, the more I got into it. By the end I was fully invested. Good art style too, keep working hard and you'll get even better. Personally I think you can totally start going into manga/comics. You seem to have a nice understanding of paneling.

This duel was one of the greatest I've seen. Absolutely amazing. I wonder what the full story of this duel and the aftermath is. Saw the original scripted duel by Yugi1Noob, but I've gotta say seeing it in manga form is amazing. I would love for this to be animated.
