Oh, another thing, the decklist from MasterDuelMeta has 44 cards but doesn't include "Dark Contract with Patent License," yet I saw you use it in the video against the "Horus" deck.

I'm trying to learn how to play D/D/D. Its some what harder to play then Resonator (wich i got Dlvl max with) but look really fun to play. I like that your editing style is similar to that of Zedlock. Overall awesome video!

Hey there! Nice video, the way you used Deus Machinex to summon Ragnarok blew my mind. Also I wanted to ask about the use of Dark Contract with the Eternal Darkness. I noticed you used it against Horus and I’ve always thought is an OP card, but it isn’t on your final decklist so I wondered if it’s a brick or a good candidate against some decks since it also can also work well going first after being Maxx C’ed.

thanks for watching :D i really like to set my machinex as scale to OTK on the third turn! And very cool question. So there were many matches that didn‘t make it into the video where I used eternal darkness and it‘s a very very good card that unreasonably gets a lot of hate from the community. It is our native way to floodgate the opponent and protect us from sphere mode, but I decided to side it out after D.Lvl 15 since the decks i went up against from that point on wards were mostly fire king and horus. And against that match up it was not that great sadly. It could be a Maxx C option, tho it needs two scales to be live and the current format is very link heavy, therefore making this card bad in the main deck. I have a video in production rn which talks about the contracts in more detail too and imo eternal darkness becomes a really good pick as a side deck tech option (if you play the tcg)

Why ceasare ragnarock instead for d'arc (i know we got a flex spot in extra deck and i wanna know why him)

Although D‘Arc offers more Siegfried lines, I like to run Caesar Ragnarok way more for the OTK potential. Without him, OTKing gets kinda frustrating, especially against beatsticks and towers (over 4000ATK). It comes down to the format you are currently playing in. When I recorded this gameplay 8 out of 10 matches were Horus and they really enjoy to swarm the field

I actually did :D! D/D Dog is going on and off in my main decklist depending on the current format. In the format of the last duelist cup, I've used Doggo as a searchable imperm against Kash or another lvl 6 extender when they bystial'd my necro out of the grave (you can see it in this video of mine: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/sMCiYNakp5-tcYE.html) I will talk about the other D/D monsters in my deck building theory video coming up soon! I had experimented with zero paradox but never found the utility. Same goes for newton, since I always want to minimise the total number of one-ofs in this deck

What's usually "the thing" to search with small world?

depends on the hand that you have. I would prioritise it like this: 1. you opened with 0 starters: search kepler 2. you have kepler or gate in hand: search gryphon 3. you have swirl + a dd: search for gryphon 4. you have your complete 3 card combo live: search for ash to play around maxx c

how far did you get with D/D/D in ranked? i'm guessing it's really hard to reach M1 since there is a lot of tier 1 around

It is really challenging to go masters! I‘m usually stopping at diamond 3 every season, because of lacking time since I usually only play for my dailies or funny events :D Taro reaches M1 all the time with his D/D/D deck so it‘s possible! But he said it is a super frustrating grind to do it.

@@DifferentDimensionDreamer yeah i knew it, i really like mekk-knight but i refuse to suffer in D3+ because people is really tryhard with meta decks. I know some players manage to reach M1 even with decks like these tho, those players deserve respect tbh
