I mean seriously, all the Protagonists and their friends just wanted to play nice, friendly card games, but what they all got for trying to have just that simple pleasure was getting stuck in a living Hell where losing a game could literally kill you.

@@jakeblancaster8498 it's a recurring concept in Yu-Gi-Oh because of the first series (wich is extremelly serious, and that's a good thing), but they don't really lose their passion for dueling (except for maybe Yuya, Yusaku and of course Jaden), Jaden's development is the best if we talk about this aspect of Yu-Gi-Oh's themes

Well, season 3 of GX is my favorite season really. It’s so dark but so good. No unnecessary filler episodes whatsoever. Also, Haō Judai was a great antagonist while he lasted, but his screen time was so short and he was barely shown 😢. Like, idc if it showed him murdering people on screen cuz I’m used to seeing stuff like that. Just give him more screen time instead of 2 duels and a defeat afterwards 😞🤦🏼‍♀️. Like, I’m still petty over that ending. It was so damn cringy and cheesy. The writers had so many ways to defeat Haō, but apparently not. They just threw in the most stupidest thing just to get it over with and end that arc so they can bring Judai back from the darkness. You guys had so much ideas. Then act more like it. Man, that whole arc deserves a remake and make it more “appropriate” this time instead of doing what you did

Actually, I’d say Yuma has a cool looking dark side too (even if he was just temporarily possessed). But I would’ve loved it if he actually did kill people. It would’ve brought so much more spice to the anime. Cuz seeing that was enough to prove that Yuma too DOES have a dark side like everyone else. And that’s he’s capable of killing. But honestly, I feel that if Dark Zexal was still there for longer and didn’t split yet, Yuma probably would’ve tried to kill not just Vector alone. But maybe all of his friends too 😈 😬. Cuz do remember that he was being controlled. And also, his consciousness was no longer there inside of him either. That’s why those actions were not his, but Astral’s. So it wasn’t exactly Yuma’s fault here. That bloodlust and urge to to suddenly want to kill was Astral’s thoughts flowing through Yuma’s mind. Yuma couldn’t resist or control himself UNTIL way later.
