+xan208 Honestly, I'd love for Konami to make a Neos effect monster just like how Blue Eyes, Red Eyes, Spellcasters and Buster Blader all got revamped. Maybe a Neos monster card that prevents the return effect when contact fused, and when the Neos Fusion you summoned is removed from the field in any way, you can return the Fusion Monster to the extra deck and summon the fusion materials used to the field in ATK position. That effect can only be used once per turn, and only once that turn. It's not OP and gives Neos and Spacians good field presence. Or maybe make a new Neos effect monster and a new Neo-Space field card that enhances effects rather than giving training wheels to a unicycle.

Ironically their best monster, Rainbow Neos, doesn't even synergise that well with them

Jayden Name Agreed. Nearly every significant card used by Yugi has either a retrained version or an entire Archtype, and yet these guys and Evil HERO aren't even truly finished.

Unless you have Neo Space or Instant Neos Space. That is, with the exception of one fusion monster. Im not sure which neos it is. But it's in Duel Links

I actually have an idea for how this might be done. I think the only way to rescue the Neo-Spacian archetype is to link them more directly with the Elemental Heroes. The Neo Heroes could be used as Fusions of Elemental Heroes and Neo-Spacians. Elemental Heroes are given this power by Neos, but only the Elemental Hero and the Neo-Spacian of the same Attribute can fuse.

emotrainer4444 I hate to break it to you but even in its own time Neo-Spacians were among the worst archetypes in the game. Now it is laughable how bad the the deck is.

They literally just got support that gives them a fusion using materials from deck and a Neos fusion that doesn’t return to extra deck that also searches

Jawad Kabir still doesn’t make them a huge threat. The fact that most of their fusions need another card in general to maintain field presence, is too slow/ineffective in it of itself. And the fact that most of a the Fusions are nothing more than big beaters with no protection makes the deck unfortunately bad. Even in its time you were honestly better off running regular E-Heroes or Cyber Dragons if you really wanted to use an anime archetype.

But there are at least very good turbo draws with them

Yeah, they never really went back to support the Arctype. And yet gave Cyber Dragon (XYZ), Cyber Angel (Ritual), D-Hero's (Fusion), Red-Eyes (a lot of Summoning) and Crystal Beasts (Pendulum)support From GX.
