Wow the nostalgia is real, some of my best memories is playing with my big brother when we were kids and he would buy boxes an always gave me a few packs to open. He’s no longer alive but man these videos bring back good memories. So thank you for making these videos and keeping the old school yugioh alive.

Metal Raiders was my first booster pack. I got it when I was 10. summer of 2002 when my mom took me to wizards of the coast store in the mall. I remember getting witch of the black forest, Guardian of the throne room and mushroom man. 😊

The memories.... Best one was pulling a Black Skull Dragon super-rare from a Metal Raiders pack in late-2002.

Great Opening and very nice last pull from LOB pack I remember as well stil buying LOB packs although MRD packs where released but in the store of my city only LOB packs where available so I got here and there some LOB packs ( I was about 5 or 6 years old) but I never pulled Blue Eyes or Red Eyes at least I got some ultra Rare Exodia parts ^^ Watching ur openings brings back good memories man!

I still remember when I was a kid and my mum let me buy 4 packs with pocket money as a treat and I picked one of each set. LOB, MRD, MRL and PSV. I got Imperial Order, Mirror Force and I think it was Snatch Steal out of three of those 4 packs. Not just Ultras and Secrets but stuff that was considered seriously overpowered (this was when PSV was brand new) This was when the mere glance of any foil on a pack opening was huge, massive hype. My friends didn't get over it for months and a couple of them even wanted me to pick out packs for them when they bought a couple. There were also kids at school who otherwise never spoke a word to me trying to scalp me for the Imperial Order by offering to swap things that are more prevalent on the show but less desirable for it (like Time Wizard and Flame Swordsman) but I held out and all three of these cards were still in my control deck and chaos deck years later. Hell, I've still got the Mirror Force in the attic somewhere (I sold the other two when the ban was announced) I was never anywhere near that lucky again though, that's probably the most I've ever defied the odds ever, to be honest, hah. The rich kids at school were getting boxes (plural in some cases) for Christmas presents and had towers of commons, and there was one kid who was the envy of the school because his dad literally bought him the entire cardlist of every release online as singles so his binders were complete card lists for years, like yours, but when we were only 11 years old! But me and my friends weren't kids that had a lot of money to buy packs so being allowed to open 4 at once was about as sweet as it got. Still remember it so well. Classic Yuug was great

This is the only Yu-Gi-Oh I know. I stopped playing after Dark Beginning 1 came out. It hurt a bit when you pointed at a pack of "Pharaonic Guardian" and said "Pharao's Servant"... I remember when I was so happy that I pulled a Barrel Dragon out of my first Metal Raiders pack and after that a friend of mine pulled two insane foils (a Mirror Force and a Sanga of the Thunder) out of the next one. I was a little bit pissed, not gonna lie :D Good old times...

When I was a kid I pulled a first edition Black Luster Soldier Envoy of the Beginning. It was my best friend at Saturday morning yugioh club at toys'r'us. Gosh I want a time machine.

One thing I really appreciate about you is, that you pronounce the cards correctly. Lol!

I think spiritual energy settle machine (or however it's worded) prevents spirit monsters from leaving the field. Back in the day, Noah used that against Yami Yugi when they were imprisoned in that virtual world.

Golden days of ygo. I remember getting reasoning in one of my first booster pack from that series and I liked it. My friends thought the card was shit. Fast forward and it became broken and banned. Idk where it stands as of now, but at one point that card was banned lol. Who knew

Idk if anyone can help me but I’ve been looking to buy a certain card for a long time but can’t find it, the monster itself was like a centaur lion with a big green mane hence the lion part , but it had the body of a centaur , it was a ultra rare as in holographic. It was my first pack when I was a kid and along with it there was 2 other centaur looking green mane lion , one was female the other was male like, it’s not the sphynx set I already checked it out.
