The real issue of doing a masters in a field different from your undergrad, arises when you have to justify your reasons for doing so in front of some recruiters in the US. And in most cases they will not be convinced. Moreover, in the proposed regulations for H1B visas, your work must be related to what you have studied in grad school

I am from madhya Pradesh, last 5 year no result release by mppsc,no single vacancy complete Last 5 year, all students of madhya Pradesh are jobless and government school running on guest faculty, situation of education in madhya Pradesh is horrible, no future of any students, brother you are very lucky that at least you have technology dgree which provides you job to run your life, but we have not future

Yeah the way you can stand out is by early apply, be consistent in your strategy don't keep changing it, it is proven mathematically that if something works 1 out of 100 times then you need to use the same strategy's 100 times self reflect on the strategy but don't give up after the 10th attempt

Yudi j bro please make a video whether it is worth to do ms in software engineering with a non-cs background with no work experience. There is only a limited no. of universities offering this courses and i don't see anyone speaking about this course. You are the right guy to speak about this.

No. Instead of going straight into masters, it's better you learn certain skills (eg. SQL, coding, excel, tableau etc.) and create personal projects first. You can even join coaching/tuition classes for this. Once you learn how to code and work on software projects, THEN only go for masters. Masters is typically a very self-study kind of course, professors don't really teach. You can't survive a MSc course if you blindly go into it without any knowledge. Especially foreign universities.
