I know that Sakura is Yue’s master, but I think he loves Sakura. But because he knows that her heart belongs to Syaoran, he’s not doing anything about it. P.S., I know Yukito loves Touya but they’re not exactly the same person - they just share the same vessel. I hope they find a way to separate them and give Yue his own disguise, because it’s not like he can be beside his master when Yukito has a life with Touya.

I don't remember if it was in the manga, in the anime, or both, but Eriol said that his past self, Clow, thought himself that Yue and the new owner of the Cards (So, Sakura) would fall in love with each other, and that it seemed things took a different turn than he originally imagined (Due to the presences of Touya and Li). Scenario wise, it wouldn't surprise me if it was the first plan, and it wouldn't be that awkward in comparison with the Rika/Terada relationship in the manga.
