Just when he is set to rejoin, the Kyoto Sister School arrives and the group battle begins! Unbeknownst to Yuji, the sister school has been instructed to eliminate him him, and with the stakes set that high, we can't wait to see how this battle goes!

I suggest you watch the jjk after you finish the first arc of season 2, watching that arc would help you understand the main villain more

Yuta Okkotsu is the second year that is in mission outside Japan ( the only one that Megumi openly has respect). We saw him for the first time when Gojo met Kyoto's principal and was talking about the two students who probably will be in his level in the future.

It's completely understandable why Yuji being alive had to be a secret, but Gojo and Yuji expecting Yuji to be welcomed back with open arms after *that* entrance is honestly hilarious. It's been *weeks* since his 'death' at this point, and him just hopping out of a box and being surprised Nobara and Megumi are shocked and a little upset is definitely in line with Yuji's character, a guy who is pretty emotionally intelligent, but can pull dumb moves at times.

the reason why utahime was already mad at gojo before the meeting was never revealed in the manga or anime but it was revealed in a canon side story in a jjk mobile game. gojo persuaded her to play baseball with him at a baseball center the night before to figure out what other activities the students can do in the exchange event. gojo thought baseball was a good idea and suddenly left utahime behind at the center and never messaged her back lmao

Jjk0 taking place and coming out before chapter 1 makes the yuta "foreshadowing" weird sinces hes the main character of that arc but ultimately i think watching thst movie later makes more sense for the story makes the reveal better

25:54 I think that you mistake something. Even if they kill Yuji with curse energy, Sukuna CAN (literally just have the capacity) bring Yuji back healing him. That information about killing a sorcerer using curse energy to prevent he coming back as a curse ( literally a curse, no physical bodie) was just the excuse to kill Yuji like: " oh if he's alive that's because now he's literally a curse spirit". But in my opinion, that definitely was also a foreshadowing to in the future someone ( a sorcerer) dieing by an accident or naturally and coming back like a curse spirit

Before you go on to watch season 2 (when you finish season 1) you should watch jjk 0. Yuta is the main character of that movie and it takes place before the events of season 1.

it's interesting to revisit the ethics of killing yuji after season 2 lol, tbh at this point for the viewer the show hasn't established how much of a problem Sukuna is, like yes we see him as a problem but it doesn't feel THAT bad...yet.

So, small correction though mostly semantics: no, its not actually climate change. Its global warming. The globe gets warmer (on average). Climate change as a term was invented by republicans who wanted to downplay the negative effects of it by making it sound like a more netto neutral thing. "Oh, things arent warming up, they are just changing. Some good some bad". I know 'climate change' stuck and im not saying we shouldnt use it, but you two seem like the type to care about accuracy in such things :)
