I just love the fact that Yujiro proved the point he made perfectly by winning the fight so effortlessly and quick. He wanted to prove no matter how many objects you can break punching a brick isn’t a proper substitute for going toe to toe with another capable fighter

More like those solid object don’t hit you back so proving your strength not necessarily makes you a true fighter. Yujiro is such a badass though. I can’t believe Baki is almost as good as his father at the age of 18.

@@andresbravo9717 yeah they did that because at the time Baki was a newer character in his own titular series so personal character development had to be worked into every fight he experiences, which plays a huge role in the way he earns others friendships and respect. But now that he's older it gives the writers a chance to show that progress through the story instead of making the story through character development, pretty smart tbh. We pretty much know Baki and we all root for him, now we just gotta see how these events affect him and the people in his life. 4th season will be even better by the looks of how season 3 ended.

This clearly shows if you're not having experience of real fights/battles no matter how much you trained you may still lose. Ryu was not having that much real battle experience than Retsu that's why you can see when Retsu challenged Yujiro, he got excited.
