오랜만에 지금보다 어린 수현 바보 들으러 왔어요 😆

남들 다 편하다고 좋다고 부러워하는, 너 잘났다 하는 직장에 다니면서도, 그 안으로 제 속으로는 많이 힘들어요. 이 일을 잘한다고, 좋아한다고 오랫동안 생각해오며 살아왔거든요. 근데 원하는 만큼 성과가 안나올 때마다, 상사가 지적하고, 누군가 내 작업을 무시하고 외면할 때마다 속상하고 힘든데 밖으로 티도 잘 못냈어요. 내가 정말 이 일을 잘하는 걸까? 아니면 잘하는데 나와 맞지 않는 옷을 입고 맞지 않는 곳에 앉아있는 건 아닐까? 아침마다 퇴근하고 눈 감기 전마다 몇번씩 고민하고 있어요. 솔직히 대충 살고 싶은 생각도 자주 들고, 현실의 내 위치와 행동에 스스로 불만족 타령만 했지 적극적으로 노력을 못했던 것 같아요. 근데 그러다 수현 씨를 알게 되고, 그저 그런 반짝 내 맘에 들어오는 서글서글 말 잘하고 잘생긴 연예인으로 생각하고 이것저것 영상을 찾아보며 느끼는 건데... 정말 열심히, 모든 순간마다 눈물날 정도로 최선을 다하셨네요. 제 바로 옆에 있진 않아도, 일 뿐 아니라 주변 사람들에게도 최선을 다하는 좋은 사람이라는 게 너무 잘 느껴져요. 당신은 어디서 온건가요 정말. 매너리즘이라는 그럴듯한 프레임에 갇혀서 하루하루 울상 짓고 일희일비하는 저에게, 지금까지 본 그 어떤 감동적인 예술작품다도 더, 12년 넘게 지켜온 당신의 '한결같음'이 가장 큰 감동과 위로로 다가옵니다. 고마워요 수현 씨.

I was already close to tears when he reached his first high note, then the second one, then the next few I was just amazed by his sheer talent. It's when I realised how much effort he has put in, to become who he is today. Non stop practice, not just for dancing but for singing. He has become such an amazing singer, with such soul in his voice. And the last part, when the focused on the part where it says "키스미반 보는 바보" I just teared so badly. Being a leader of such a group has been so tough for him, to be able to handle all this, and still be incredibly friendly towards the kissmes, I feel so proud to be a kissme because of him. Thank you Soohyun for such a wonderful gift, thank you for the amazing promotions this time even though your throat wasn't well in the last few stages.

I think Soohyun is one of the best singers in Kpop. You can learn singing, you can learn the perfect technique, but one thing you just can't learn and that is how to put your emotions into the songs you sing. Everytime I hear him singing a ballad, it touches me somewhere deep deep in my soul and I get goosebumps. It's like he reveals everything of himself and shows his raw and pounding heart to everyone. He doesn't just sing the song, he's living it. He amazes me every time. He's awesome. I love him. What more can I say..
