How was Tupac not lyrical? His lyrics are very conscious and the poetic elements to his captivating story telling, clever punch lines. The way he describes things and paints a picture with his words was unbelievable and he was one of the best at doing that. Some people think being a lyricist is only about using clever metaphors and complex words… but there’s much more to it than that. Anyone that doesn’t think Tupac was a lyricist is completely out their mind.
