To explain the situation: the name of the song is "Strong Wind Blowing My Bangs All Back". She is walking (marching?) against a very strong wind, one that prevents her from moving forward. She contemplates using an underground passage to avoid the winds. She also thinks about staying home. At one point, she steps outside and witnesses a bunch of pigeons fighting, blocking her way. The winds continue to prevent her from moving forward and mess up her hair.
