The noodles are usually served dry (with the dumpling and soup on the side), mixed in thick soy sauce and accompanied by char siew or chopped roasted pork belly. This restaurant specializes in wan tan mee and they serve a variety of different parts of meat and combinations with springy, well mixed egg noodles.

Growing up wan tan noodles are always part of my household eating up.. Maybe i dont know but in america.. We just call these egg noodles or mein.. The chicken feet looks delicious! Such a nice delicacy!

Ooooooo wan tan mee is one of yen and my favorite dishes in the whole world. Wow man you guys know how to make me salivate 🤤 never had it with chicken feet before normally go for the version with char siu and wonton in soup. Man So good let's go here! 😂👍

We need to learn to eat chicken feet, but those noodles look so amazing! The crunch on that dumpling. Yum! The shar siew dish has our names all over it. Love the amount of sauce that they use, perfect. Would love to try that place. :-)

Loooooove mushrooms. I (Maria) had chicken feet once or twice when I was a child. It's common in latinoamerica but not so much on Europe or the USA, as long as I know.
