"Effects Collected" and "Effects" have been removed until further notice due to issues when loading a newly installed version.
There is probably still a lot I don't know about these addresses, but I am positive they are all correct (except maybe loading which is a very odd address)

Keep in mind this is only version 0.01 I plan on improving this table.
