I got my consort pro II yesterday for Valentin’s Day per my request. My husband says he thinks it is more for him than me. I prepared meatballs with teriyaki sauce meal tonight. It was awesome ! I think it's great that you have your kids do a taste test because kids are honest with their opinions and ratings. I also think it's great that YOOU are honest about your own ratings and don't have any problems giving your own recipe a 3.5 because you didn't think your sweet & sour sauce was THAT great and that the recipe could use some tweaking. Your times and temperatures and methods really work for me and I can't wait to get the new and improved cheat sheets! THANK YOU for the videos, recipes, cheatsheets, cookbook, all of it!

My Cosori just arrived the other day and I’m so excited to use it often! I already cooked seasoned shrimp and my hubby really liked it 😊. Based on watching many of your videos, I choose the 5.8 qt Cosori and I think I’m really going to like it. Even though theres only two of us, I like the idea of being able to fit in enough food for both of us at one time. Thanks for your inspiration!

Hi Cathy! Thanks for all the great air fryer content. Love your cookbook!! I have a quick question. I've noticed sometimes you use the crisper tray in the basket and other times you don't. How do you know/decide when to use it or when to skip it?

Those parchment sheets are so useful I have a stack of them saves hugely on w.up and mess.....i actually put them under the crisper plate to keep them down 👇!!!! It all helps... I then just wipe out the basket and clean the crisper plate !

Love the content... Another great pizza, Naan bread, brush with Thai sweet chili sauce, add mozz/cheddar, pre -cooked bacon , smoked ham, red and green onion, pineapple... Air fry for 6ish minutes.... It's a take from Pizza Hut... Sooo good. thanks, take care.

I made the bbq chicken naan pizzas last night. My daughter complimented that one. Lol It was so easy to make. I mixed ranch and bbq sauce together for the sauce. Then added chopped broccoli and mushrooms to my pizza, in addition to the bbq chicken and red onions, and it was fabulous! Definitely a keeper.

For sauces I use San J Tamari. Their peanut sauce and orange sauce are really good. Most of their products are wheat free. I know it’s cheaper to make your own sauce but for me, I appreciate having these on hand and ready when I need them. BTW, if you make Vietnamese summer rolls, the peanut sauce is outstanding as a dipping sauce with them.

No, Chrissie, I bought the Corsori 5.8 Pro because most of the KZfaq videos I viewed were before the Blaze was being heavily used…AND, big decision, I could get the 5.8 on Pmts with Amazon…very happy with it even though I have to flip things over at times…Cathy uses all of them with her latest being the Blaze. Enjoy which ever you buy…

Sweet and sour chicken looked good. When we.get that dish from a Chinese takeaway its got pineapple and spring onions in it, its lovely. Glasgow Scotland has some great takeaway's, but I've not long bought an air fryer and your recipes are really encouraging. Ive binge watched loads of your video's. Thankyou.

Hi, I’m new to air frying so your videos are great for a novice like me! There are a couple of things I’d like to ask. I’ve just bought the Instant plus Versazone air fryer with the huge capacity and splits into two cooing zones , and I’m of sure how to use the roast setting in so much as if I wanted to roast a chicken or beef can I use a silicone or foil container to roast in? Thanks for your help.

I am in the UK but have just subscribed because I love your bubbly nature and how well you explain your recipes. 7/3/23, I received my air fryer cheat sheets today. I love that they are on full sized magnetic sheets. My Cosori 5.8 is due to arrive on the 5th. As well as your cook book. I’m really excited. My last air fryer (not a Cosori )lasted 6 years. I was pretty impressed. Like you always say take care of it and keep it clean. 🤠👩🏻‍🦳👨🏻‍🦳🇺🇸❤️🇨🇱😎have a great 4 th and may it be with you.

If you don't have the dual blaze, then it is okay to take the tray out and cook on the bottom of the drawer of a regular air fryer? 🤔

Hi, I would love to thank you for your amazing work on air fryers. Currently I want to buy my first air fryer and I dont really know what to buy. Im looking at Cosori Dual Blaze, cause Im kind of amazed by dual heating and then Philips XXL or something like that with smart sense etc.. Can you recommend me what to buy as my first fryer? There is a mayor price difference between those two.. like 170 euro vs 300 or something like that.. or is there any other brand or type to consider?

Hi, Cathy. I have this exact Cosuri air fryer. I have found that if I do the frozen fries at the 'fry' temp setting, they always burn. Have you found that the settings on the air fryer are not correct?

Great recipes as always!!! Will you make a printable version of your new cheat sheet for the rest of us outside the US? I'm in Canada and would love a copy. I recently am experimenting with a recipe you could probably make better. Pork chops, spread with ranch or caesar salad dressing, mix half panko with seasoned breads crumbs. The dressing makes the breadcrumbs stick and adds flavor. Let sit for 10 minutes to ensure breadcrumbs stick. Cook in air fryer however long you need to get the right internal temperature, flipping once to ensure crispy breading. I think I need to bump up the flavor in the dressing with some salt or maybe a bit of garlic powder.

The first and only time I tasted cilantro, I thought the food was spoiled. A Mexican friend made something for me. It had cilantro in it. I had never heard of it nor tasted it before. I told a friend about the taste of what the Mexican friend made. She told me it was probably cilantro.

Great question, Julie. Recipes will work for any air fryer, it is likely that you will need to adapt recipes depending on the wattage of your air fryer. My recipes are based on a 1700W air fryer, so if yours is smaller, add more time, if it larger, add less time.

Does your fryer time sheet comparable with cosori blaze model?

The cheat sheet is based on a 1700W air fryer. You may need to make slight adjustments for the Dual Blaze. I recommend starting with the lower cooking time, then adding more time as needed.

@@empoweredcooks I have the kind of air fryer that’s like a oven that has racks in it It’s a power XL and the way it works is the air goes all around everything so if I use that paper in the air can’t come up from the bottom correct I’d have to turn stuff over
