I still prefer our puto vs muffins. If there is puto and fancy muffins on the buffet table , I would snub the muffins LOL. Loyal pa gihapon akong palate to pinoy food . Yamiran ra nako ang pizza, hamburgers , apple pie. I am going to try your puto recipe this holiday season. Dili sad kalimtan ang bingka. Thank you once again. ADDENDUM : Long time ago, a Pilipino missionary lady made a pie of green mango(mangang hilaw). The foreigners were fooled , believing it was Apple pie. Just an idea.
