Ingredients:
6 boiled eggs
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp butter
1 small onion
1 garlic clove
1 tsp ginger
1 large tomato
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp red chili
½ tsp coriander
¼ tsp turmeric
¼ tsp cumin
¼ garam masala
¼ tsp dried fenugreek
2 tbsp fresh coriander
Instructions:
1. Boil eggs for 12-14 minutes
2. Mash the boiled eggs in a clear bowl
3. In a pan, add cooking oil, butter and chopped onions
4. Saute the onions until light brown
5. Stir in chopped garlic, ginger and green chilies
6. Add tomato dices and salt to taste and a splash of water
7. Stir in red chili, coriander, turmeric, cumin and another splash of water
8. Add the mashed boiled eggs to the pan
9. Add garam masala and salt to taste
10. Garnish with dried fenugreek and fresh coriander
11. Ready to enjoy!
