Freeze for up to a month meaning that you could freeze it overnight or for an hour or anytime as long as you want as long it's under a month.. they're not telling you freeze it for a month.

The best thing about macarons is their airy texture, and that's the most difficult part about making them, too. They're mostly too sweet but, not so much is you have a sweet tooth. It's an idea to make them small in size, you know, just bite size, so you're not overwhelmed with the sweetness. The macaron recipes here are worth a shot.
