Wow! Thank you Sros for this great video! I haven't seen sea urchins since I left the islands. They're usually easy to spot on the reefs during low tide. I've never seen it prepared this way or any other way. We normally eat it just like that fresh from the ocean but without the spikes. Everything that Sros cut out and discarded are "not" edible. The meat of the sea urchin is like caviar. 💝☺

Nice catch...in Samoa...we'll wait for low tide to expose the reef banks. Then it's on...but you have to take what you can consume for the day. Still...people get greedy and overfishing becomes the problem. Also...we don't even break the the spikes...it just tastes fresher. 😁

My God!!! What is it with this harassment asking if she is pregnant, fat, if she had surgery...geezz! This is supposed to be a channel to enjoy recipes and share comments! If we really care about her we should stop getting so personal and critical! If she is not pregnant, we are implying she is fat. If we bug with her face we are stating that somehow it doesn't look good or even normal...No wonder she has changed her demeanor...this is crazy!!

The fact being cslled "fat", is supposedly normal for a Youtubber, by no means makes it correct. Controlling other people's comments is impossible; what is not impossible is to start the change towards respect and kindness with ourselves. Asking "how are you" is very different to "are you pregnant or fat??" May be usual, but SHOULD NOT be normal.

Yes, they have called her "fat", "big", some others have bluntly mocked her accent. But ok. You win!! Sighhhh...Freedom of speech it is! Dehumanizing speech as well, if that is the trend (which is not a right, BTW). Kindness and respect is what I do. You do you.

Wow thats incredible we just take out the yellow strips inside & eat them raw or fry them with lots of seasonings & eat with rice. Never seen seaegg prepared this way but it looks delicious

I love your hat, keep smiling and talking to us. We adore what you are doing. Keep chin up! Can I ask one thing, can you make your favorite food and really give us a long video for it, tell us why you love the dish and maybe do a live video sometime. We'd love one!

Very interesting to watch the preparations. That's a lot of work for so little to eat. But you seem to enjoy it very much so it was worth the effort.
