TODAY'S RECIPE IS Mixed Cocoa Powder With Marie Biscuit , You'll Be Surprised By The Result !!
INGREDIENTS:
Marie biscuit 150gm
Cocoa powder 3 tbsp
Grind well
Milk 1/2 cup
Dough form
Grease butter on board
Roll with wrap paper
Keep it in the freezer for 30 mins
Milk chocolate 1 cup
Melt the chocolate
Keep it in the fridge for 10 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

Roll the chocolate dough into small balls and dip in melted choc, coconut, cocoa powder, choc vermicelli etc for truffles. Optional - add some brandy, whiskey or liqueur to the dough.

@@nafisaarpa9356 no ,I didn't add sugar I just followed the recipe If u add more Coco powder it will bitter ...so balance and add the amount 😊

Is the cocoa powder sweetened or unsweetened? If unsweetened means do we have to add sugar??

The cocoa powder added is very little, plus the biscuits already have sugar in it, so you don't need to add sugar.

WHY MIXED COCOA POWDER WITH BISCUIT MUST PUT INSIDE THE FREEZER WHY DON'T PUT YEAST AND LET THEM PROVE MEANS TO RISE AND THEN BAKE INSIDE THE OVEN AFTER THAT MIXED WITH CHOCOLATE FINISH ALREADY THAN PUT INSIDE THE FREEZER FOR 30 MINIT. THAT'S THE WAY TO DO IT !
