The omelet rice isn't until 9:04 in the video. It's a little different version than the omelet that sits on top of the rice and they break the egg open, but still very cool how this chef does it, and I'm sure delicious!

I've seen a lot of wok cooking videos but this is the best wok tossing I've ever seen! Usually others can't help but spill a few grains of rice....but this guy!! It looks like he puts too much rice into a small wok but he's able to toss it from any direction, up down left right!! WHAT

I was watching Good Mythical Morning this morning and they were playing a game where they had to guess where different rice dishes came from and this was one of the dishes they tried! I've never even heard of it before and now I've seen it twice in one day. How odd. But they said it was a delicious dish.
