Ok one more time for those in the back row: SOFT shelled crabs. As in the shell is SOFT enough to be eaten and digested. They are crabs that recently molted their hard shells and the chitin is soft enough to eat. Very high in Omega 3 fatty acids so they’re good for you (maybe not deep fried however).

If only American food was so nutritious. Get your greens, red's and onions. Korean's change their fryer oil often. In these videos they show it often for the change out. It is less irritation to the body. Cheers.
