I discovered this clip 3 days ago and in that time I have found myself coming back to this video again and again to hear this dude express himself. I can’t figure out why I enjoy it so much. It’s funny as hell but it goes beyond that. I think I like how it seems like Young Terp is a guy who has accumulated a crazy amount of esoteric knowledge about weed but he isn’t really interested in sharing that knowledge coherently. He prioritizes style over substance and he expects you to just enjoy his discourse rather than engage in a true dialogue. If you get it, you get it. If you don’t, you don’t. I get the impression Young Terps is at his most talkative when he’s able to grandstand like this. He’s probably not interested in talking if he can’t say it with style.
