If you're not from the UK, just, don't do that. You'll never pull a single accent off accurately, and there are a lot of them.

Its like their body responds much more positively to that than other things so they take pleasure in it. Also, some people can be very kinky. Some people would find certain actions disgusting and some would find them very sexy. Either way, it's just personal preferences. It's quite hard to explain how we are aroused to something. There are some scientific things evolved but that's too long an explanation that you can easily google.
