It makes you sound uncultured and just straight up disrespectful. Try educating yourself about the Renaissance era that the painting was based off. Moreover, there's a slight difference in pronunciation between UNIS-sance and nuisance. The way you pronounce it makes all the difference unless you have hearing problems and can't distinguish the difference. Well that's on you. Sorry for your inability to hear and pronounce things properly. I pity you.
