This is Hwoarang using Jin’s costume since I play him. But of course this can be done with Jin’s base costume.

Not yuno at all. His main signature is his shoes. Those glowing shoes. It would be yuno if those would be Glowing shows, which is his main signature.

True, the most I could do for this specific look was to give him the blue trail effect for the feet. My other vid where I’m using the skin in a match displays it. I’m sure another custom can just change the soles to blue

Really dude… obviously there’s nothing in the game like that. And his helmet is probably his most prominent feature since he first started no pixel.
