@Chic Tuala Honestly you wouldn't know how good she is or all she can do just watching like early G-Idle stuff. I'm very excited to go to the tour, got close seats. It will be awesome and I'm sure they'll have solo performances. (I don't think Minnie has released any solo stuff right?? 🤔)

Yuqi learnt guitar that's her own guitar. Soyeon play piano and some percussion, minnie piano, miyeon guitar violin and piano too I think

Something did happen to Yuqi which made her LEVEL UP in this comeback, both in her singing/dancing/rapping abilities and her stage presence. Glad I’m not the only one noticing that. And it’s not just because her practises hard. Everyone in Gidle practises very hard. But Yuqi’s improvement as an artist is way more drastic and unexpected than other members. She went from a cute little princess to a literal QUEEN.

I'd say it actually started with this song which was a little before the current comeback. Maybe it was just the opportunity and experience of going solo. Finding her voice and style.

Each member seems to be improving their skills... But the most noticeable improvement right now is Shuhua(dance+more lines) & Yuqi(vokal+stage presense)...What's interesting is that Soyeon may have more advanced skills in terms of song production (next concept for next album is Marylin Monroe) & mentoring, Soyeon(at age 23) joins Cheng Xiao(at age 19) & Lisa BP(at age 22) as Kpop youngest mentor in survival/reality show... 6 best official SOLO songs of (G)I-DLE so far (Soyeon+Miyeon+Yuqi) BEAM BEAM+ WEATHER, DRIVE+TE AMO, GIANTS+Bonnie & Clyde.... kzfaq.info/get/bejne/qb1jZbRnxtjJlGw.html

You can check LMJ services if you like Yuqi, Minnie are at Ep1 and Yuqi are at EP12...not 100%sure is it 12 thi, but u can find it from youtube easily. Minnie's EP currently have 3.1M views and Yuqi around 700K, they both did amazing, but personally Minnie's EP still the best.

Wait, Minnie released an EP? She's totally my other bias. What's her EP called? Can't imagine it being as good as Yuqi's but hey it is Minnie. And what is LMJ services? Sorry, so many questions!

@@ParadigmaticReactions LMJ services is a show hosted by a Korean singer name Lee Mujin, he will invite main vocal from different group as a guest for every episode, episode 1 are Minnie, episode 12 are Yuqi. You can serach LMJ service from youtube to find out. Trust me, Minnie's episode won't disappoint you, her voice are really unique and amazing, one of a kind. And my EP as a short form of episode, sorry about the missunderstanding, of course I seriously hope Minnie can have her solo album.

@@Daihamlop ohhhhh sorry yes I've seen both. I just had no idea what the show was called. I actually did a reaction to them but they were blocked. And yeah they were both just ridiculously good and beautiful. I cannot wait to see and meet them on tour!

I think I've seen several cover songs from both Minnie and Yuqi, even Miyeon herself has a drama soundtrack & Soyeon who I know often goes solo to sing her own songs... I only haven't found Shuhua yet who actually covers songs or solos 😅... But I-DLE's song area is very wide, so I don't really remember the songs & usually what I remember is according to my musical taste... But what I do remember is the quality of Yuqi & Soyeon's solos that surprised me because they improved so much...

@@tigerchang3280 I was sure Yuqi's two solo songs were covers because they are so good they sound like classics you've heard. But nope, they're original and Yuqi was central in the writing and production. I believe she wrote and produced my favorite song on the new album, "Liar" which has the same feel as her solo stuff.
