It is great to see that cinematographer is allowed to film the complete moves and allow the viewer to see the action, instead director demanding all the moves be split to dozen or so different angles and takes to make an illusion of speed and movement.

@@luxurywatches3751 so basically when you get to black belt it goes up in dans (belt ranks) from 1st Dan to 9th Dan. There has only been a handful of people to ever get to 9th Dan in any martial art and it would most likely take you 60+ years to get to. These are what you call “masters”. To get to black belt in taekwondo it would take you 5 years and to get your black after your black tag (red belt with black strip in the middle) it takes approx 70 moves all perfectly mastered, in front of 3 judges. To be able to teach this sport as a job you would need at least your 1st Dan.

Yuri Boyka (Scott Adkins) is an expert fighter who can use various martial arts techniques at his disposal. He is seen using techniques such as MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), Judo, Muay Thai, Boxing, Taekwondo, Jiu-Jitsu and various acrobatics. Later, he seems to adopt various techniques used by his opponents. Boyka's signature move is called the "Guyver kick" which is inspired in the movie, Guyver 2: Dark Hero. However, Boyka only used it twice in the Undisputed franchise where he had an improved version of his own. He only used this move throughout the movies.
