THIS SERIES IS SO GOOD !! I watched the original She-ra cartoon when I was a kid so watching this as a queer adult the nostalgia and evolution of it really hit 🌟

That's awesome that you got to see the evolution of She-Ra :o I grew up on anime, so I never really watched a lot of cartoons (none that wasn't on CN or Nickelodeon anyway lol).

One of the Best things about She ra is the idea of a World where love is not a thing to be Hidden. You can love anyone and nobody is surprised or amazed. It's just natural. I've seen in media characters "coming out" and it's kind of the same. They're struggling, then they are affraid of coming out, then they are accepted and praised of how brave they are. And that's fine and well. But in She ra nobody is struggling. People simply is and is Nice to SEE a World where love is so natural... And i am a straight guy just enjoying to SEE how a good series with amazing representation and great character writing has becane My favourite of all times!!! I wish someday the real World can be a Little like Eternia some day

2:16 this scene is an iconic one, it lives rent free in my head. Yeah, the tail movement is so good. When it comes to animated series, Dreamworks is one of the best in recent years. Personally this is one of my big favorites from them. I hope they don't make much trouble with claims, if I remember correctly they can be quite a burden. I saw the series myself in the summer of 2020, so I'm looking forward to this rewatch and reaction.

can you please continue reacting to shera?? all the seasons are amazing and all the lgbt representations are wow. Shera was one of the things that helped me a lot when I was discovering myself, it was incredible to see a cartoon with lesbian protagonists, please continue, you'll love it! especially season 5! and Catra is my favorite character, she needs a lot of attention to understand her whole character

I am still continuing it, just not editing it myself, so I've been waiting for my editor to finish up to EP 4 before I post them to the public :) Will probably be posting it this Sunday and for the rest of Sundays unless my editor runs late. I have up to EP 3 (because EP 4 for hit with copyright and I'm waiting for the new cut...) on the YT Membership for $1.99/mo and up to EP 8 for full length on Patreon.

@@IkesAlternative While you'll watch what you want to watch I still find it funny and cool how nowadays a lot of those cartoonists clearly spent part of their childhood watching anime and you can really see the inspiration in their art.

ThunderCats 2011 omg , so sad on how they ended it. But the fact that they made ThunderCats Roar, it was so stupid yet funny to watch. I think you forgot about Arcane. *Never mind, I see the description now.

There wasn't one straight person in the cast and crew, it's such an amazing show, the storytelling is so good and gets really dark as well. Catra is the Lesbian Sasuke of the Show.

Sorry for the long comment. I know you don't watch many cartoons, and I know other people have probably already suggested this, but The Owl House might be my favorite depiction of a Sapphic couple in anything animation, comics, manga, etc. Despite it being Disney they don't tiptoe around it at all, and it avoids all the annoying romance tropes. That being said it's not a romance show so don't expect it to be in every episode, and also the higher ups at Disney forced the creators to add a lot of cliché scenes into the 1st season, but only the 1st season.

Other people have suggested Owl House, but I don't have plans for Owl House right now. She-Ra is a test for me to see if I can keep up with long running series without getting exhausted or bored. So we'll see how She-Ra does.
