This is shounen-ai. At this point it feels like the producers are just holding off on calling it that. I mean, there's fanservice and then there's gay. This is so much gay. I love it.

It would make sense to translate it as Viktor since it's written Виктор in Russian (so no need to change the "k"; also, "c" in Russian is always pronounced with the "s" sound, never as "k"). But officially, for Yuri On Ice, it's "Victor", you're right. Just wanted to make this clear D:
