I went through a really bad depression, I watched her videos an just thought "She feels so refreshing, like a vacation to a person's life that can push through any struggle, I want that" I heard a sorta pop sound, an suddenly had a super fire inside me. And did a 180% personality change, I'm still not done, but can't wait to see who I am some day.

They’re always surprised by how much she makes. At first, they said “isn’t that too much?” and then realised that nothing goes to waste. She makes a lot because she’s always sharing. Even when she makes a bulk of something to store away, it never lasts. Her generous heart and those around her who love her food are the reason she’s perfected the skill of bulk sized cooking.

As trendy as it is the butter covered chicken (or usually steak or beef) dish doesn't really make sense, I've seen KZfaq vids of professional chefs say it does nothing to seal moisture in and it's only a half decent marinade

it doesn't seal the moisture in because it melts too quickly, but IMO as someone who likes the taste of stuff cooked with butter I think it gives a pretty good flavor as compared to only buttering the pan or basting. It also gives a pretty nice colour.

Didnt think it's meant to lock d moisture in.. it's just another fancy wayto roast a chicken i guess. As a butter fan, i dig it tho. If i were to lock in d moisture, i probbably wud cover it w foil.. but u wont really get tht roasted chicken texture..

I thought she was just going to rub the compound butter over and under the chicken skin. That's a super common way to roast chickens. Wasn't expecting this and not even sure how there's any advantage to it, tbh. Stuffing it with cheese is also definitely odd. She stuffed it super full too... I'm not sure what's stopping the cheese from just oozing out though...

gordon ramsay has made this recipe to stop the chicken (or turkey iirc) from turning dry but stuffed the bird with something else. the cheese looks disgusting tbvh

She skipped a couple steps like using a lemon to block the cheese from flowing out and also I think she got the idea from GR and a few other chefs but she kinda made it her own.

usually people mix the garlic with the butter and then place it under the chicken skin to make it crispier. this is a method i have never seen before. especially putting mozzarella in the cavity of the chicken, that is very strange to me. i don't think cooking mozzarella for as long as it take to roast a chicken is a great idea, it may dry out or get stringy. this stressed me out to be honest. she's still one of my favorite members, though it's fun to see what she'll get up to every week. i'm so glad to see her back.
