Do you hand translate it entirely or do you use a tool like ZTranslate and then tweak it to fix any errors?

Any idea what happens if you play as one of the girls? Does Meros still save you? Do you just get a game over screen if you don't run away when prompted at the guy coughing?

I think the fence doesn't open if you play as the girls, because certain chapters have to be played with certain characters. And there are regular death-type game overs so I assume you get killed by the guy if you stay
