जितना बढ़िया बताया था, उतना अच्छा नहीं है क्योंकि मुख्य भूमिका समोसा भरने की होती हैं, यदि समोसा भी साथ ही मशीन द्वारा भरा जाए तो ही ऑटोमैटिक कह सकते है

उनको आपसे बढिया दिमाग है। उसने शुरू में ही कहा है, भरने वाला मशीन बनाया और सक्सेसफूल नहीं रहा। इसलिए वह मशीन नहीं दिखाया। और समोसा हाथ से ही भरना ठीक रहता है।

SIR.. if you change the shape from conical to other than conical you can mechanise even filling of stuff and pasting the edges of SAMOSA. This can avoid accidental contamination caused due the touch by human hands. A critical analysis of time required for each process of preparation, such as peeling, boiling, cutting, grinding n mixing various ingredients is to be undertaken in order to bring in more machinisation. After considering all the above statistics; you can further increase the output by systamatically n sequentially synchronising all the stages involved in the preperation of this snack item.

बहुत ही अच्छा और काबिले तारीफ प्रयास है। सर समोसा भरना ही मेन काम होता है। वो अगर आप मेकेनाइज्ड कर दें तो बहुत ही अच्छा हो। आप आलू छिलने वाला, उबालने वाला और उसका मसाला मिक्स वाला हिस्सा अलग कर दें और केवल रोटी, उसका हाफ करना, समोसा भर के फोल्ड करना, चिपकाना वाले इक्विपमेंट पर ध्यान दें। बहुत ही सुपर hit होगा। लेबर का सारा खेल इसी में है। ये सब ITC फूड्स को भेजें। वो frozen फूड्स में मार्केटिंग कर देंगे। आप रॉयल्टी लेना बस। all the best

Mr. Ray ,the cost of the product (samosa or whatever) will be decided by the one who makes it, keeping the price at which the product is available in his city, normally a samosa is sold at Rs.10 in a small city and there is a magin of nearly 40 to 50% like this, one can keep prices of other products considering the amount of raw materials their cost, electricity water labour then add one's profit.

I'm based in Dubai and wish to inform that Samosas are sold at all supermarkets, the majority of groceries stores and restaurants. This illustration of making Samosas using semi automatic machines is a very good concept. I may add that add Ginger juice / liquid to Samosa wheat flour to make Samosa more tasty. Lastly, use plastic gloves please. Thanks.

True. Actually samosas and kachoris can be exported also, once they are dehydrated , they will be more crispy without losing their taste and their shelf life will also be increased by many folds.
