I have been thinking about this a lot. He is very competitive and that cannot be just turned off in him, I'm certain. On the other hand, building up a professional life then leaving again for competing may not be a good decision and has to be carefully planned out. I can totally picture him doing a big comeback and taking the gold from 10 years younger skaters. Just to show off that he still can. 😎 The possibility is there. We'll see. 🤞

His 4A at 0:51 is much better than what he did in Beijing. I'm kinda confused why did he say on the press conference that _"I think that axel was the best quad axel I have done so far"_ . (source: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/oK11iL1j0c2oe2w.html) Maybe the translation is wrong. ☹
