We learned this set from the great Dublin based piper Emmet Gill. The tune was written by Pierce Power from the Waterford/Tipperary border, but it's best known from the playing of Willie Clancy. It's got our surname in the title too. The jig is also known as Cuilinn Uí Chaoimh. Brían is droning on the harmonium with his leg, in case you're wondering where that's coming from.

This should be a teaching video on different picking styles. One has baby finger anchored with open relaxed fingers, one has closed fist, free floating hand style.. Awesome.

Lovely sound. Do you call the final jig " The pride of Rockchapel"? It has that name on a Pete Carberry recording but I think there are others

Thanks for sharing this beautiful set. Three of my practice mates are playing it and I'm working on learning it. I've almost got it by ear but have been looking for the dots or abc for the tunes. Neither tune shows up correctly on The Session, and TunePal hasn't found either for me. Are these available somewhere?
