Sorry but I believe that only men with ego issues and musculinity insecurities would need to tightly hold on to the principal position even when they are "sick" because that is the only thing that makes them feel like a man, and also I believe masculinity insecurity is a sickness too, a very deadly one to be precise, a man should be secure about their masculinity even in cases they are not the ones leading and taking proper charge when it's their time to lead
